Method

  • 1 Combine berries, milk, protein powder, LSA, sweetener of your choice and vanilla into a blender.
  • 2 Blend for a few seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • 3 Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
  • 4 Add 1 Tbsp of Oatbran for a fibre boost if needed
