Method

  • 1 In a small pan, toast the walnuts and coconut over a low heat until they start to turn golden.
  • 2 Place yoghurt, berries and cinnamon in a small bowl, cup or jar and mix.
  • 3 Toss the nuts and coconut on top and serve.
  • 4 Place in a small container. A great breakfast choice to take to work
