Visa applications, rental contracts, transportation arrangements can all be common barriers to losing your head! My situation currently is not ideal….staying in a hotel for a week until a contract is sorted for a rental property, Thankfully my mindset has not changed……my fitness and health is a major priority for me. This means that I I am making an effort to look for ways to keep on track.
follow What I love about living in new places is checking out local supermarkets! Doing a bit of a detective work pays off and can solve the common barrier of “I’m travelling therefore I can’t eat healthily’. The closest supermarket to me was Tesco and I was pleasantly surprised with healthy options. Portion packed veggies/salad and protein options for 4 pounds.
watch My choice…..Protein packed roast chicken and egg with a side or superfood and red pepper salad. Low GI and protein and antioxidant rich, sorted!
